Kung Fu benefits both old and young. Young people develop physical fitness and coordination, sportsmanship, self control, and graceful movement. In Kung Fu training, where the will is, there must be strength, that body and heart be kept in balance. Stress is placed not only on self defense, but on moral cultivation as well. The well trained student helps those in distress and in doing so is respected by society. The higher one's art, the deeper the humility and the more respected the student.

Kung Fu in not only a sport for health, but a means to improving one's temperament with bravery, grace and coordination, tempered by self control.

Everyone, young ot old, male or female can practice internal Kung Fu. After five to six months of training the student achieves a recognazable degree of control and coordination. After several years, that student understands the rejuvenating effects of internal practice. With the increasing strength and confidence also comes eficient self defense. Internal training also cleanses the body of accumulating pollution, improves the circulation and blood quality.
